Guardify is a mobile application (available on iOS y Android) designed to solve a very real problem in the healthcare sector: the management of shifts and rotas No chaos, no loose sheets of paper, no endless messages, and no time wasted coordinating calendars. The app centralises all shift planning and monitoring in one place, giving users a clear overview of their schedule, changes, and weekly/monthly organisation from their mobile phone.
At a functional level, Guardify is focused on enabling you to quickly check and organise your shifts, with a convenient experience for everyday use: selection of dates and times with native controls, display via calendars, and tools to structure your planning clearly. It also incorporates integration with your device's calendar so that shift information connects with your routine and you can have everything synchronised, avoiding oversights or duplications.
In the part of communication and remindersGuardify includes push notifications to help you stay on top of what matters: upcoming shifts, events, or relevant notifications, reducing the risk of oversights and improving punctuality and preparedness. This is especially useful in environments where changes can occur at the last minute or where the pace of work does not allow for constantly checking your schedule manually.
The app is also equipped for modern and secure access: it allows authentication with Google y Apple, in addition to a robust authentication system with Firebase, which improves ease of entry (less friction) and user security. This makes it easier for everyone to have their information always available, without the need for complicated login processes.
One of Guardify's strongest points is its evolution towards a "smart" product with version Pro, which includes GuardifIA: una capa de artificial intelligence Designed to assist with shift management.
